本标准规定了绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料（XPS）的分类、规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于使用温度不超过75℃的绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料，也适用于带有塑料、箔片贴面以及带有表面涂层的绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料。

【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestocontrollersandstarters,whichmayincludeaseriesmechanicalswitchingdevice,intendedtobeconnectedtocircuits,theratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.Thisstandardcharacterizescontrollersandstartersforusewithandwithoutbypassswitchingdevices.Controllersandstartersdealtwithinthisstandardarenotnormallydesignedtointerruptshort-circuitcurrents.Therefore,suitableshort-circuitprotection(see8.2.5)shouldformpartoftheinstallation,butnotnecessarilyofthecontrollerorstarter.Inthiscontext,thisstandardgivesrequirementsforcontrollersandstartersassociatedwithseparateshort-circuitprotectivedevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-continuousoperationofa.c.motorsatmotorspeedsotherthanthenormalspeed;-semiconductorequipment,includingsemiconductorcontactors(see2.2.13ofIEC60947-1)controllingnon-motorloads;-electronica.c.powercontrollerscoveredbyIEC60146.Contactorsandcontrolcircuitdevicesusedincontrollersandstartersshouldcomplywiththerequirementsoftheirrelevantproductstandard.Wheremechanicalswitchingdevicesareused,theyshouldmeettherequirementsoftheirownIECproductstandard,andtheadditionalrequirementsofthisstandard.Theobjectofthisstandardistostateasfollows:-thecharacteristicsofcontrollersandstartersandassociatedequipment;-theconditionswithwhichcontrollersandstartersshallcomplywithreferenceto:a)theiroperationandbehaviour;b)theirdielectricproperties;c)thedegreesofprotectionprovidedbytheirenclosureswhereapplicable;d)theirconstruction;-thetestsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmet,andthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;-theinformationtobegivenwiththeequipment,orinthemanufacturer'sliterature.
