【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeappliestotheinstrumentalcolormeasurementoffluorescentspecimensexcitedbynearultravioletandvisibleradiationthatresultsinfluorescentemissionwithinthevisiblerange.Itisnotintendedforothertypesofphotoluminescentmaterialssuchasphosphorescent,chemiluminescent,orelectroluminescent,noristhispracticeintendedforthemeasurementofthefluorescentpropertiesforchemicalanalysis.1.2Thispracticedescribestheinstrumentalmeasurementrequirements,calibrationprocedures,andmaterialstandardsneededforthecolormeasurementoffluorescentspecimenswhenilluminatedbysimulateddaylightapproximatingCIEStandardIlluminantD65(CIED65).1.3Thispracticeislimitedinscopetocolorimetricspectrometersprovidingcontinuousbroadbandpolychromaticilluminationofthespecimenandemployingonlyaviewingmonochromatorforanalyzingtheradiationleavingthespecimen.1.4ThispracticecanbeusedforcalculatingtotaltristimulusvaluesandtotalchromaticitycoordinatesforfluorescentcolorsintheCIEColorSystemforeithertheCIE1931StandardColorimetricObserverortheCIE1964SupplementaryStandardColorimetricObserver.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
