【摘要】:ThispartofISO14644specifiesrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofcleanroominstallationsbutdoesnotprescribespecifictechnologicalorcontractualmeanstomeettheserequirements.Itisintendedforusebypurchasers,suppliersanddesignersofcleanroominstallationsandprovidesachecklistofimportantparametersofperformance.Constructionguidanceisprovided,includingrequirementsforstart-upandqualification.Basicelementsofdesignandconstructionneededtoensurecontinuedsatisfactoryoperationareidentifiedthroughtheconsiderationofrelevantaspectsofoperationandmaintenance.Note:FurtherguidanceinrespectoftheaboverequirementsisgiveninannexesAtoH.OtherpartsofISO14644mayprovidecomplementaryinformation.ApplicationofthispartofISO14644isrestrictedinthefollowing:userrequirementsarerepresentedbypurchaserorspecifier;specificprocessestobeaccommodatedinthecleanroominstallationarenotspecified;fireandsafetyregulationsarenotconsidredspecifically--theappropriatenationalandlocalrequirementsshoudberespected;processmediaandutilityservicesareonlyconsideredwithrespecttotheirroutingbetweenandinthedifferentzonesofcleanliness;regardinginitialoperationandmaintenance,onlycleanroomconstruction-specificrequirementsareconsidered.
